My brother is in the UF Health Hospital at the Villages.
He has been diagnosed stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma.
In order to get treatment the Florida Cancer Specialists said for me to do his application. So they can start immunotherapy.
I am his sister and every website tells me about medicaid but I cannot get the actual application! Please have some one contact me because he is gonna die without proper treatment.
