It sounds like there may be a delay or issue with the delivery of your mother’s food stamp card.
One solution would be to contact the agency that handles food stamp benefits in your state and inquire about the status of your mother’s card. They should be able to provide you with information about why the card has not been received yet and what steps you need to take to resolve the issue.
You can find the contact information for the food stamp office in your state by searching online for “food stamp office” and the name of your state. Or you can also visit the USDA’s website https://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/contact-your-local-agency to find more information about how to contact your local office.
When you contact the office, have your mother’s client number, name, and address ready, as well as any other relevant information, such as the date of her approval or the date when she should have received the card.
It’s also worth noting that with the current COVID-19 pandemic, many offices are experiencing high volumes of requests, which may contribute to delays in processing requests.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
