I need assistance in changing the address for my children in the Medicaid system and there appears to be an issue with their SS#. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone on the automated phone lines. Could someone please email me a phone number and extension to the correct person that can assist me?
I have called the 855-306-8959, and I am really needing to speak with someone. I just can’t wait the 121 minutes for a representative. My battery will never hold up that long. I haven’t worked since September 2021 and have tried numerous times to apply for food stamps and insurance. I don’t know what I am doing wrong, but I have not gotten anything. I have disabilities that make it difficult to do online. Hoping someone can call and help me. My number is 270-790-2201.
