I renew my food stamp on 04/15/23 deadline 04/30/23 I have not got a call back yet

First, you should check the status of your renewal application online. You can do this by logging into your Georgia Gateway account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the “Create Account” button on the Georgia Gateway website.
If your renewal application is still pending, you can call the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) at 1-877-423-4746. The DFCS customer service representatives will be able to tell you the status of your application and when you can expect to hear back from them.
If you have not heard back from the DFCS by the deadline, you should call them again. You can also visit your local DFCS office in person.
