Looking to apply for Medicaid suffer a heart attack and stroke, and had my right leg amputated and I can’t use my hands very well, I’m a diabetic and I have kidney problem. Just really need help. I lost my identical twin sister in October of this year, she always try to help me. And I was in to much pain and to sick to attend her funeral. I need to be able to see my doctors and I haven’t been able to see them.
