I was told to get a hold of this office by the James cancer hospital my husband was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer back in November he was the one and only worker in this household and was told he can not go back to work I have not worked in over a year because of pain from severe arthritis in my back and legs now I am my husband’s caregiver and can not leave him at this time family and friends have been helping us for the past 2 months with everything including our car payment we need to get some kind of help to ease the burden on the family and friends I can not find the online application on here it tells me all about it and how to apply and everything I will need to apply but does not ever give me the application to fill out need to get some kind of assistance before it is to late my DP&L bill keeps going up every month and I will probably be needing help with that to
