According to the Illinois Department of Human Services website1, you can call the IDHS Customer Help Line at 1-800-843-6154 or 1-866-324-5553 TTY for questions about case status, benefits, services or eligibility. You can also use the Office Locator tool on the same website to find your local IDHS office and contact them directly.
Alternatively, you can visit the McLean County Health Department website2 for more information and resources about health care services in your area. They have a calendar of events, forms and fees, reports and data, and requests and concerns sections that might be helpful for you.
