I am currently on Medicaid and have been asked multiple times by my caregivers to provide my Medicaid card. I do not have one, nor was one ever sent to me. When I go online, it sends me in a loop and I have tried numerous times. What can I do to please get a Medicaid card so that I am no longer denied critical services and medications I so desperately need.I am at the point of tears. Thank you so much for any help you can provide.
