Hello. I sent my proof of change of address to your office months ago. Also, I faxed it to your office and I haven’t received anything in return. Please contact me. I tried called your office, but a according keeps telling me that your department isn’t aceepting calls at the moment.
I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your change of address. It sounds like you have taken the necessary steps to update your information, but you have not received a confirmation or response from the office.
One solution would be to contact the office again and inquire about the status of your change of address request. It’s possible that the office has not received your fax or that there was an error with the information you provided.
You can try reaching out to the office through their website, if they have one, or via email. Also, you can try visiting the office in person, if possible, and speak with a representative in person. They will be able to check if they have received your fax and update your address accordingly.
It’s also important to keep in mind that offices are currently experiencing high volumes of requests due to the ongoing pandemic, which may contribute to delays in processing requests. However, it’s not clear if this is the reason for the delay in your case.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
