Hello, I’ve written to you before , but haven’t heard back. I’m moving to Ft Lauderdale in about two weeks and need to get my NYC Medicade/ Medicare switched over as quickly as possible. I cannot afford any great lag time in this change over as I am on anti- depressant medication for my PTSD And Bi-polar problems. As I said I have coverage already in NYC and hopefully would be able to change this over with very little hassle . I also need to change over my food stamps .
