I’m 65 yrs old, applied for Medicaid on 10-07-13, in the mean time, I’m becoming more ill, have all medical bills coming in, phone calls, was ill n taken again to the ER, had to borrow to purchase many tabs, dr and lab fees, when am I going to receive my cards?, I’m at a lost n need to be seen by a cardiologist, please help with answers.

I found this information on State of Virginia Website. I don’t know what state you are in, but there may be medicaid funds available in your state.
$3,500 Limit: Most Medicaid recipients can set aside $3,500 to help pay for their funeral and
burial expenses. If you are married, you can also set aside $3,500 for the funeral or burial
expenses of your spouse. Medicaid will not count this amount when determining eligibility if
you have no other burial arrangements.
