Each state manages their Medicaid program differently. You will need to call your local medicaid office and request a new card.
My Mom is 81 and has breast cancer, rssential tremors and has had mini strokes and is home bound except going to Dr. I’ve had to quit My job to take care of her. Can I get compensated for doing this? I also live with her.
