my kids currently have medicaid and im trying to update our address and when i go to log in it says my account hasnt been set up all the way and its wanting me to appy for benefits but i dont need to because they already have it. what should i do?
Recommend that you call or visit your local social service Medicaid office and get assistance in updating your account information.
