My employer received a letter asking for my person information and confirming my SS#. I have never applied for benefits and believe this is a scam. They list your address, and a clerical supervisor named Lori A Noll.
Today we were awarded permanent guardianship for our grandbaby. She has medicaid. Does that continue in the parents name or do we need to fill out new paperwork?
