I’ve just recently located to Huachua City from
Jacksonville Florida. I’m 57 years old. I have not
applied for an AZ drivers licsence due to my income
at the present time. Can I apply for Medicaid with
with my Florida licsence ?

I have come to your office and called several times regarding My Medicaid application. The front office staff has been rude and not helpful. When I requested a supervisor I was transferred to a voice-mail with no name or contact information. I have called 210-212-6986 everyday and several times a day and the phone has continually rang for 10 min or more. Somebody please help me.
