I live Arkansas and have Medicaid benefits. I am moving back to San Angelo, TX. I downloaded the Yourtexas app. I tried to sign up but my social security number was not in The system. It asked for the case number. Input my Arkansas Medicaid number and again the system could not find me. How do I apply for Medicaid in Texas? I want to start the application process now. To apply for Medicaid in TX Go to YourTexasBenefits.com. Click on “Get a Paper Form” at the bottom of the page. Click “Download” to print or click “Send by Mail” for forms you want mailed to you. You can also Call toll-free 2-1-1 or 877-541-7905. After you pick a language, press 2.
