Im 17 , im pregnant and make no income at all . I recently am moving out of my parents house in illnois an moving to Iowa . I want to know if I apply for Iowa medcaid or Illnois . I won´t have income because I don´t have a job and I won´t have proof of residence until im at least at my boyfriends house for more then a week or so . If Someone could contact me about how to go about this thatĺl be great : )

You should apply for medicaid in the State you live. If you plan on moving to Iowa you should apply foe medicaid in Iowa. To apply for Health Care, go to the online DHS benefits portal or download the paper DHS Application (Spanish).
