I do not qualify for Medicaid but I have been trying to book a medical appointment and they are saying I have Medicaid as secondary insurance. I have emailed loadlett********@hcpf.state.co.us two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. I need this account removed so that I am able to make an appointment. Someone please help.

I recommend reaching out to the Medicaid office again to inquire about the status of your email and request assistance with removing the incorrect information. In the meantime, you may also want to contact the medical facility directly to inform them of the issue and see if they can assist you in scheduling an appointment.
