Medi-Cal is a program that provides free or low-cost medical and dental services for eligible children and adults. You may be eligible for Medi-Cal if you are:

• 65 or older
• Blind
• Disabled
• Under 21
• Pregnant
• In a skilled nursing or intermediate care home
• On refugee status for a limited time
• A parent or caretaker relative of an age eligible child 

If you don’t qualify for Medi-Cal, you may qualify for the County Medical Services Program (CMSP). 

You can call the Medi-Cal Rx Customer Service Center at (800) 977-2273 for questions, help, or to report a problem. The CSC is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
