Comment my son needs medical benefits. He is making. 1440 a year . He is a type 1 diabetic
The absolute worst experience of my entire life. My daughter an I have similar names. Somehow our cases got mixed up and the sorry ass workers refused to do anything to fix it. I visited and called so many times that I lost count. Never once have I received a return phone call. Never have I been able to speak with a supervisor. The people that work there are nasty and disrespectful no common sense or courtesy. So many people are going through the same thing. Cases mixed up, food stamp delay, medicaid messed up, renewals not processed. It’s sad. I understand backlog but this is ridiculous. I dealt with my issue for 5 months and not once have I had anybody call me back about anything. I actually gave up and have to reapply which sucks because who knows how long that will take.
