The Eatonton GA Medicaid office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can call them at (706) 485-4921 to make an appointment or to inquire about your case. If you have been waiting for a call back from your caseworker for two weeks, you may want to try calling them again or visiting the office in person.
Here are some additional tips for getting in touch with your Medicaid caseworker:
Try calling at different times of day. The office may be busier at certain times, so you may have better luck calling early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
Leave a message if you can’t get through to your caseworker. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the date and time you called.
Visit the office in person. This is the best way to ensure that you will be able to speak to your caseworker.
If you are still having trouble getting in touch with your caseworker, you can contact the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) at (877) 423-4746. DHS can help you with Medicaid and other assistance programs.
