I have received a notice that you will terminate my SNAP starting yesterday because I didn’t supply you with the info you needed. But that is untrue. First of all, I emailed you the info. (husbands pension and SS proof ) to a special account you provided on Oct 1st. Then when you said you hadn’t gotten that, I dropped copies of the documents in the drop box at the DSHS office in South Bend, WA. Then when you said you needed proof of my secondary medicare insurance payment I dropped that in the Lacey, WA drop box. But you say you have not received any of these things. So, today my husband has faxed them to you again. I need to appeal the discontinuance of my SNAP benefits. I am so disappointed that you continue to lose my documents.
DSHS website for south bend says you have to have an appointment to come in but does not tell you how to make an appointment. the phone 3 listed line has been busy for 3 days. Is there some way to contact an actual person? I really need some help. thank you, sincerely, Erin radke
