I do not qualify for Medicaid, they are saying I have Medicaid as secondary insurance

Q) I do not qualify for Medicaid but I have been trying to book a medical appointment and they are saying I have Medicaid as secondary insurance. I have emailed loadlette*******s@hcpf.state.co.us two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. I need this account removed so that I am able to make an appointment. Someone please help.
