I’m checking the status on my application
You can check the status of your TX Medicaid application online at YourTexasBenefits.com.
To do this, you will need to create an account and log in. Once you are logged in, you can click on “Application Status”. You will need to enter your application ID and your date of birth.
Your application status will be displayed on the screen. The possible statuses are:
Pending: Your application is still being reviewed.
Approved: Your application has been approved and you are now eligible for Medicaid.
Denied: Your application has been denied. You will receive a letter explaining why your application was denied.
Incomplete: Your application is incomplete. You will need to provide additional information.
