I’ve been trying to call for about a week now. I was suppose to have a phone interview on Monday Nov 20th I was at work and asked my case worker to call back and she agreed she would I have not heard anything since then. I am pregnant and I have 2 daughters that need insurance so I need this interview. I have called the number 7062722331 and also the number she called me from 7622199871 and can not leave a message due to both mailboxes being full .
understand that you are trying to reach your caseworker for a phone interview to apply for Medicaid. It is important to keep trying to reach her, as your eligibility for Medicaid depends on completing this interview.
Here are some tips for reaching your caseworker:
Try calling at different times of the day. Some caseworkers may be more available in the morning or evening.
Call multiple times a day. It may take several attempts to reach your caseworker.
Leave a voicemail message. Even if the mailbox is full, you should still leave a message with your name, phone number, and a brief explanation of why you are calling.
